OH GOD What have I done? panda gif (from the internets)
Welp, I thought it was quite important that I blurt out an entry today at good ole JimmyFungus.com (as I have not done this in awhile)... so indeed, that is what I have done.
D.J. Patrice Wilson (the genius behind Alison Gold's "Chinese Food")
The video is another triumph for Patrice Wilson (the producer of "Friday") as far as being a viral video sensation is concerned.
Critically speaking, however... the reviews have at best been MIXED...
Darth Vader and Luke Skywalker are featured in this Star Wars meme
Luckily, there is one source where you can go to receive the unvarnished truth on these matters. Our very own Chucky C. Chuckles gives you an honest video review of "Chinese Food" and reveals some other things the anti-Rebecca Black mainstream media would not dare tell you. So just watch the vid below and tell us what you think in the comments section...
Well, anywho... i don't really know what the motives of this Patrice Wilson character are...
Kermit the Frog "SOME MEN JUST WANT TO WATCH THE WORLD BURN" meme
...but, I know that Chucky C. Chuckles and I wish you all the very best.
the "no one gives a f*ck" sloth
Once again thank you, and please remember to support your local zoo...
"Been Waiting 3 Hourz...For a High Five" cat meme (found on the internets)
I certainly know how this kitty feels. I have been left hanging more than my fair share number of times. Though it seems that just this once I have left myself hanging. You see JimmyFungus.com's very own official sports analyst, Jake Brickhead, made this video for http://youtube.com/jimmyfungus regarding a ridiculous interview given by U.S. Olympic swimmer Ryan Lochte (promoting his new reality show "What Would Ryan Lochte Do?") on the FOX show "Good Day Philadelphia." Yes, well, you can see the video below...
I thought this would be an excellent opportunity to do a post with all of the best "WWLD: What Would Lochte Do?" memes, from all across the internets. But much to my consternation I discovered there is really no such thing. The closest thing I could find was "What Would Lincoln Do" memes...but those are so four score and seven years ago.
Instead of a Ryan Lochte meme, here is a nice picture of a sloth who has been swimming. (via the internets)
Though, if you truly want to discuss memes, I guess I could write a little bit about Gorilla Bananas' (of http://japingape.blogspot.com) comment on my last post, in which he said he thought Hayley Williams looked a lot like "Overly Attached Girlfriend" Laina Walker.
Hayley Williams and Spongebob Squarepants
"Overly Attached Girlfriend" Laina Walker and Rebecca Black... "when memes collide"
Well, I'll be damned! Gorilla was right. They do look alike! Which segues perfectly into my next topic, which is a brief discussion of one of my other recent videos at youtube starring Moe Doodle. The title of this video is "Moe, don't pull the rope!", and you can conveniently watch this video below...
And now...
Oh my. I do believe that's about all we have time for today.
Once again, thank you, and please remember to support your local zoo.
There are many superstar comedians in the comic universe, and I don't know if we will be talking about any of them today. I will leave that for you to decide in the comments section. But anywho, today we are featuring a very big youtube name Jimmy Tatro of the lifeaccordingtoJimmy channel at youtube, and JimmyFungus.com's resident comedian Chucky C. Chuckles( aka "the worst comedian in the world") in two videos.
I won't go into it in too much detail about this, the first video you will be watching, is by the Jimmy Tatro guy from his lifeacccordingtoJimmy channel called "Don't be THAT guy", and the second video is a response video from Chucky C. Chuckles, the worst comedian in the world, posted on my youtube channel. I hope I am not going to influence the voting and taint the electoral process (yes, i'm going to ask you to vote) by telling you this, but the lifeaccordingtojimmy guy has 47,903,456 video views on his channel, and Chucky C. Chuckles has only 3 views for his video (1 view from him, 1 from me, and 1 from Lord Throckmorton Fungusleaves who only watched it halfway through and had to go to the bathroom) the last time I checked. So, I don't know how good my math is, but does that mean Jimmy Tatro (the lifeaccordingtoJimmy guy) is 990 gorillion times better than Chucky C. Chuckles??
Here is the first video from "lifeaccordingtoJimmy."
And here is a response video from Chucky C. Chuckles, the worst comedian in the world (again please try to push the fact his name is "Chucky C. Chuckles, the worst comedian in the world" out of your minds when you are casting your votes later)...
Ok, now that you have watched both videos, you can vote later, on which comedy set was better , in the comments section below...
a Jimmy Tatro lifeaccordingtoJimmy gif I made from some reason
Ok, now for something completely different. Rebecca Black's new song is out on itunes today (SEE: Rebecca Black "In Your Words" teaser), and just coincidentally, it is BLACK FRIDAY, and Rebecca BLACK's smash hit was "FRIDAY"....hmmmmmmmm.
COINCIDENCE? I THINK NOT gif (via "The Incredibles" movie)
Rebecca Black high 5 gif
Unfortunately, the new video is not out quite just yet, but we have to get our Rebecca Black fix somehow, so here, for today's SONG OF THE day, is "Person of Interest" by R.B. Rebecca Black... Yeah..so check out the video below.
Once again, God bless you all, and please remember to support your local zoo.
Welpers, when I first set out to present to you a blog post detailing an orderly account of the web's very best "F#@% the Police" memes, I expected to find a much more expansive plethora of genuine "f the police", or some say "f tha police", or some even say "f da police" memes than I did.
First, to explain what I mean by this, we need a little background on what this saying is, and where it comes from. The rap group N.W.A. usually gets the credit for coining the saying "F--- tha Police", whether they deserve it or not. To save time, let's just assume they are the ones that get all the credit, and move along to the next thing we need to talk about. What exactly does "F--- the police!" mean? Urbandictionary.com defines it as: "Eschewing the authority of an individual or entity who are perceived to have excessive power or wield their influence against those of a lesser station or class."
At the very least, a "F#@% the Police!" meme should express the spirit of rebellion against the perceived oppression of authority figures. When I say there were not as many really good versions of these memes as I expected to find, it is mainly because people across the internets started to go hog wild with this concept, slapping the words "F#@% THE POLICE!" on virtually any kind of silly looking picture they could get their hands on, with no regard for whether it was in keeping with the true spirit of the meme or not...
And so it was, that I set out, to put together for you, the finest collection of "F#@% the Police!" memes on the interwebs. These are the best. So just forget the rest...
the "Fuck the Police" babies ~ soooooo cute
"Fuck da Police." little girl ~ (this one's really obligatory)
"Fuck tha Police." cat
"Fuck the Police" dog
"Fuck da Police" ostrich
"Fuck the Police" blue haired girl riding a snail
So why does this one make a good "Fuck the Police" meme?? Because it's a blue haired girl riding a snail. Enough said.
"Fuck the Police" Spiderman version
"Fuck the Police" Kermit the Frog version
"Fuck the Police" Mr. Bean version
"Fuck the Police" Rebecca Black version
Yes, it's very illegal for a group of 14 year olds to be "cruising down the highway", even if it is Friday...and even if one of them is Rebecca Black.
After, the exciting return of Dax Flame to the youtube (SEE: The Return of Dax Flame ) I was planning on spending my entire day compiling a comprehensive history of all of Dax Flame's accomplishments, and milestones to date. But R.B. Rebecca Black kind of threw a monkey wrench into those plans by releasing a new video.
Boxxy: "A new video!" gif (fluffystick.tumblr)
This new video is called "Sing It" and is yet another triumph from Miss Black. (Believe it or not, there are many humans not aware of her 2 previous vids since Friday: "My Moment" and "Person of Interest.") So, this is actually the 4th installment in the Rebecca Black hit parade, and this one called "Sing it" makes it official...yup,...she's better than the Beatles.
Without further ado, here it is...Miss Rebecca Black with her latest smash hit..."Sing It."
"Sing It" Rebecca Black (official video)
Rebecca Black "Sing It" gif
As, I said...another TRIUMPH! Way to go, Rebecca. Nice job!!
EPIC WIN BABY
Now for something completely different...
"The Dictator" (new trailer)
"The Dictator" is billed as ''The heroic story of a North African dictator who risks his life to ensure that democracy would never come to the country he so lovingly oppressed.''
Anna Faris and Sascha Baren Cohen in "The Dictator"
Well, kids...I really don't have any exciting opinions to offer you on "The Dictator" yet... Other than I'm thrilled Anna Faris has a major role. She's a brilliant comic actress, and it was a master stroke of casting genius by the filmmakers to include her.
And now for an exciting new segment, for the first time ever (that's why it is new)...
Unsent Letters to Lord Picklejar
In this new segment I reveal all the thoughtful letters I wrote to Lord Picklejar ("the grand archduke of Hell in the service of Satan, who is called the Lightbringer"), but...for whatever reason...never got around to sending. Without further ado, here is our first letter in our new segmentUnsent Letters to Lord Picklejar:
Dear Lord Picklejar,
Do they have tacos in hell? If they do...are they hotter, and spicier than the tacos they serve on earth? Do you like tacos? How about burritos?
sincerely yours, James Earl Fungus I
the many faces of the demon lord Picklejar...and ancient aliens expert Giorgio Tsoukalos?
And how empty this new segment would be without posting a classic Picklejar video. So here is one. The 3rd installment in the Great Lectures in Evil series. In this lecture Lord Picklejar explains money...what it is, where it came from, and how it can be used most effectively in the pursuance of evil.
Great Lectures in Evil 3: Money
News of the Woooooorld
...and while we are caressing the edges of the topics of money, greed, and corruption,...I thought I would belch out a brief News of the Woooooorld segment and post this excellent video featuring the exploits of renegade economist Max Keiser. This is not a brand new video, but it could not be more relevant to the world and times we are currently living in. It features Max having a few heated exchanges with some hoity-toity investment banker types. Take a gander...
Max Keiser in a round-table discussion on "10 O'clock Live"...and Bersercules??
Ok... Wow! I think that's enough excitement for one day. Don't you? I think this will be a good place to stop the show...
Once again, God bless you all,...and thank you for your support.
Yes...well, Bersercules isn't the only one who uses that line, it seems....AND thanks to a new video sweeping the internets, soon the whole nation will be saying, "WTF!?"
the likes/dislikes bar for "Hot Problems" by Double Take is RED hot..oh wait..RED means "dislike"..oops,..that's BAD
Anywho, a recurring series of articles we have here at HTTP://JIMMYFUNGUS.COM is called "What the HELL is going on in this music video!?" I would have to say this "Hot Problems" by Double Take video almost required the most thorough investigation ever conducted here at Funguzz Vizzion, to figure out exactly what is going on in this crazy short musical motion picture. Luckily, ABC's Good Morning America already has looked into the matter, and they tracked down this tandem that calls themselves Double Take, to see if they are insane, or what the heck is exactly wrong with these 2 girls. SEE: Is 'Hot Problems' by Double Take the New 'Friday' by Rebecca Black?: 'GMA'
And so, it becomes inevitable that the knee-jerk anti-Rebecca Black media will make their comparisons between Double Take, and America's sweetheart R.B. Rebecca Black. Though, I will give Good Morning America credit for finally admitting in this report that "Friday" by Rebecca Black is a "musical masterpiece" (damn straight!), but they got wrong that "Friday" had 28 million views. It had way over 100 million views before it was initially pulled down in a dispute between R.B., and Ark Music Factory, then only to return to the youtube later, like Felix Unger to the home of his boyhood friend Oscar Madison. But what do you expect...they only get paid a gorillion dollars a year, at Good Morning America, for coming up with this kooky stuff.
ONE GORILLION DOLLARS
As Fozzie Bear would say if this was the Muppets Movie..moving right along...
If Sprockets was still on the air, "Hot Problems" by Double Take would have a serious chance of being named one of Germany's Most Disturbing Videos...
"Germany's Most Disturbing Home Videos" gif
If you have no idea what the hell I am talking about here, please see the accompanying video below:
Alright, enough of that silliness. Back to "Hot Problems" and "Hot Problems" related topics. To date, there have been 118,732 "Hot Problems" parody, response, reply, review etc. and so forth videos...and I would have to say that about 11 or 12 of them are actually pretty good. Like Hot Problems SMART PROBLEMS (official single) - Double Take - YouTube by MeganLeeHeart of MeganHeartMusic:
Megan Lee Heart
and here is one of the best cover versions of "Hot Problems" by Double Take to date:
And in today's BOXXY FACE-OFF, in this corner we have our heroine, the legendary Boxxy/Catie Wayne...a woman who needs no introduction. Therefore anything else I have to say here is just a complete and utter waste of time and space...
Boxxy Wayne
Add caption
And in this corner, a pop culture icon, a poet, a hero, and perhaps the greatest songwriter who ever lived, the legendary...
Bob Dylan
Which of these pop culture icons do you find more captivating?...more mesmerizing? ...more alluring??
Everyone has an opinion on these types of matters...
John Lennon asks Bob Dylan who is the true queen of the internets... Boxxy, or Chloe Moretz
And to make matters more exciting, there will be a new Rebecca Black song, and video out VERY soon...
John Lennon also has an opinion to share
Boxxy: YOU GOTTA BE KITTEN ME meme (created by an unknown genius)
Bob Dylan...he ain't taking responsibility for cats he don't know
Your average blog would feel content to give you a day filled with 4 mega-superstars, and the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, but not here at http://jimmyfungus.com... Here we press on...
SONG OF THE DAY
Here is TV Carpio's version of "I Want to Hold Your Hand" from "Across the Universe"...
Welp, friends...I do believe that's a perfect place to stop the show for today.
Once again, God bless you, and thank you for your support.
