Well, Michael Moore has finally gotten a chance to make his masterpiece...the zenith of a lifetime of being "the greatest artist, agitator, poet, fighter, genius, radical of our time." Oh, wait, what the hell am I talking about...that's what they said about Bob Dylan. (SEE Funguzz Vizzion: "I'm Not There" directed by Todd Haynes (Part 1) and Funguzz Vizzion: "I'm Not There" directed by Todd Haynes (Part 2)) But, anyway, the point is Michael Moore has finally put together the mother of all anti-establishment documentaries called "Capitalism: A Love Story", and it's coming up against some fierce resistance.
Needless to say, this is all kind of a big deal. In an interview Moore did on the streets with a CNN reporter, the director expressed some very interesting opinions on the direction that he believes our democracy should go. In a nutshell Moore believes democracy rules, and capitalism drools. He says that contrary to popular belief, change can happen very quickly, citing how fast the Berlin Wall came down, and the rise to power of figures like Nelson Mandela and Barack Obama. Moore also has some interesting views on copyright laws, saying that art is something that should be shared as much as possible, and doing so with fewer legal restrictions is not only beneficial to the fans, but the artist as well. These and other news events once again led renegade economist Mad Max Keiser to call for a worker's revolution from his underground bunker in Paris. "A group of individuals have taken it upon themselves to bankrupt the state, and they deserve to be punished in the harshest possible terms, and I do not rule out decapitation!" says Max. Mr. JohnnySmooth is a youtube vlogger, not to mention an artist, a genius, and a mastermind of the highest order. Recently, the mighty youtube featured a video of Miley Cyrus promoting her new clothing line at Walmart, which was met with an astonishing amount of invective, and vitriol from the riff raff in the youtube peanut galleries. But one day she farted, so I broke up with her and never saw her again." And that was only what I was able to print. My, my...what kind of world do we line in, folks? Not a good one...not a good one.

A MOMENT IN DAXFLAME HISTORY
Today we remember a youtube video which has fast become legendary (at least as far as I'm concerned). It is a vid posted by EclecticAsylumArt to announce the People's Choice winner in Eclectic Asylum Art's "Strike A Pose" Portrait Contest. The winner, young Daxflame, had the honor of having his portrait painted with chocolate syrup, and a spoon in place of a paint brush. A work of art so brilliant it makes Andy Warhol's "32 Campbell's Soup Cans" look like...uhh..a bunch of Campbell's Soup cans. Here it is:
